Arrival & Stay
When is check-in?
Your apartment will be ready from 15:00 on arrival day.
When is check-out?
Please vacate the apartment by 09:30 on your departure day.
Where do I get a guest card?
One week before your arrival you’ll receive a pre-check-in email. This sets up your digital guest card, which also gives you a 5 % discount on your ski pass.
Where can I park?
You can park free of charge in our underground garage right at the house.

Do you provide Internet access?
Unlimited Wi-Fi is included free of charge.
Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?
No – all bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided and changed on request.
Are there final cleaning costs?
A one-off cleaning fee applies: € 90 for Apartment 1, € 90 for Apartment 2, and € 80 for Apartment 3.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding.
Is smoking allowed?
All apartments are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.
Is there a ski storage room?
Yes – our lockable ski room has racks for skis and snowboards plus a heated boot dryer. It is locked each evening.
Activities
Where can I get a ski pass?
Ski passes can be bought online or at the valley stations. Your guest card entitles you to a 5 % discount.
Do you recommend a ski school?
We recommend Ski School Fiss-Ladis (+43 5476 6757) and Ski School Serfaus (+43 5476 6268), both offering private and group lessons.
Is there a ski rental shop nearby?
Several sport shops in Ladis and Fiss offer ski and snowboard hire. You can also book online in advance.
Do you provide a bread service?
Of course! Place your order by the evening and fresh rolls will be at your door the next morning.
Payment & Cancellation
How can I pay?
We accept cash only. There is an ATM within walking distance.
What's the local tax?
A local tourist tax of € 3.70 per person (aged 15+) per night applies (2025/26 season).
What if I have to cancel?
The standard Austrian accommodation cancellation terms apply (§ 5 AGBH 2006). Cancellations must be made in writing.

Where is the nearest grocery store?
Around 600 metres away you’ll find a supermarket, a tobacconist, and a post office.
Can you recommend restaurants?
Several restaurants are within easy walking distance. During winter we recommend making a reservation.
